That’s up to you. You can set the amount of time ambassadors have. This is referred to as the review period.

In which languages is PostSpeaker available?
The tool is in English, as well as all notifications sent from PostSpeaker to ambassadors. Once you have recruited ambassadors and set everything up, you will only need the tool to make changes to settings or remove ambassadors from your team. Ambassadors will only need the tool if they want to change their settings, add a comment, or undo their like and/or share.
Does the ambassador receive a notification when I publish a message that is going to be shared and/or liked?
Yes, as soon as you’ve posted a message on Linkedin, everyone participating in PostSpeaker will receive a notification via email. This email will contain a preview of the post.
Can ambassadors determine how often they share and/or like?
Not yet. This feature will be available in the near future. Then they will be able to set a maximum number of posts they want to share and/or like per week.
For which accounts can I use PostSpeaker?
You can only use PostSpeaker for a Linkedin-company page.
Can ambassadors decide whether to share and/or like?
Yes, if you allow it as the administrator. If they are permitted to both share and like, they can choose whether they want to share only, like only, or do both. They always have the option to add a comment to a post. This can be done within PostSpeaker.
Can my ambassadors like and share simultaneously?
Yes, they can do so if you permit it as the administrator. You can set this up in your dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The subscription is on a monthly basis. If you cancel, it will continue until the end of the month. Promotions remaining at the end of the month will carry over to the next month.
How many promotions do I need?
That depends on the number of posts you publish on LinkedIn and the number of ambassadors helping you through PostSpeaker. Each post shared and/or liked by one ambassador costs 1 promotion.
Can I also like and/or share posts with a company page?
Yes, that’s possible. You can have as many company pages participate as you’d like.
